Celebrating and creating new from surplus materials, Reimagine 01 is the first in a series where fabric from previous Kowtow collections is reimagined in new forms.
Shirt 01 is a patchwork of two archival fabrics - Math Grid from 2022 and Stripe from 2021. As an homage to the making process, the garment features visible binding, which is cut on the bias for contrast. A short sleeve button up, the shirt has a subtle flare through the body with side splits for ease of wear. It is finished with stock trims, including agoya shell buttons and old garment labels.

| Agoya shell buttons: | Finished with natural, responsibly-sourced and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 approved agoya shell buttons. |
| Fusing: | Fused with Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) approved organic cotton interlining, an alternative to synthetic industry standard. |
| Inks, dyes and washes: | Processed using Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) approved inks and dyes, free from chlorine bleach, toxic heavy metals, formaldehyde and aromatic solvents. |
| Thread: | Sewn with industry-standard polyester cotton thread, which we are committed to replacing with a natural alternative by the end of 2023. |
