*Please expect order processing delays over the holiday period of up to two weeks, due to the warehouse closure during this time. Thank you for your understanding, you will receive a tracking update once your order is shipped.

Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates
To ensure you receive your items in time for Christmas Day, please place your order before Wednesday 18 December. For rural and WA, please place your order before Monday 16 December.
Click and Collect is also available from our Fitzroy Store, and e-gift cards are also available online.
Click and Collect
Click & Collect allows you to shop online and pick up your order from your closest Kowtow store. This is a free service and relies on the item being available at the store you have selected. You will receive a notification to your email as soon as your order is ready for collection, usually within 1-2 days.
You can see whether the item is available for Click & Collect by selecting your chosen size and selecting ‘Find In-Store’. Once you are ready to place your order, select Local Pickup and ensure that you local store is selected.
If your local store isn’t shown at checkout, then the item isn’t available for Click & Collect and you will need to place a shipped order instead.

Standard Processing and Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process your order as soon as possible within standard working hours. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation which will include tracking details.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, or transit delays. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery time.
Missing Parcels
It is important you fill in your shipping address correctly when ordering. Kowtow cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. We recommend that you provide a secure daytime delivery address, such as a workplace, for your order as a signature is required upon delivery. Please let us know if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame so that we can lodge a query with the relevant shipping provider.
